Terms and Conditions

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings. To make a booking, the booker must be over 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time without stating reasons.

If you wish to change the dates after booking, this is only possible if there is availability on the desired dates. If we can rebook your stay, it will be at the current rates for the new dates.

The tenant is not permitted to let the accommodation be used by anyone other than the persons named in the agreement, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Each accommodation may only be occupied by the maximum number of people stated on the website and in your booking confirmation for the relevant accommodation.

2. Payments

Payment must be made within 2 weeks of booking. The booking is only final once your payment has been received.

3. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival.

4. House Rules

All guests must adhere to the rules established for the resort. You can request these rules at reception upon arrival. In the event of violation of the rules and/or failure to follow instructions from staff, we have the right to remove you from the resort immediately, without refund of the rent or part thereof.
